Share your trial
To collaborate on this specific trial without sharing access to all your trials, we recommend using the Share and Collaborate functionality.
Make sure any linked cloud documents have the correct permissions so that only authorised individuals can access them.
Track multiple trials
To create multiple trials, click the “Create new trial” button located in the header of the page.
You can create as many trials as you like and easily switch between them using the convenient dropdown menu.
Keep track of your trial progress
You can monitor your overall progress in the stage overview, or dive into your task list and documents in the detailed view.
While the overall progress overview gives you a glimpse of where you are at, the detailed view allows you to manage aspects of your trial in a centralised location.
In the detailed view, you are able to:
- Rearrange steps
- Rearrange task lists within a step
- Add, edit or remove a task list item for each step
- Add, edit or remove a document for each step
Interactive task lists and notes
In each step, you’ll find a Task list on the sidebar of the step page.
You can add, reorder or edit tasks at each step level, so that the task list reflects your own to-do list.
Below the Task list and the Docs & Link box, you’ll find a Notes area. You don’t need to save your notes, as everything you write will be automatically saved.
Link your cloud folder and docs
We suggest adding your cloud folder where you manage all your trial file clicking the “Add cloud folder” button on the top right corner of the header.
Additionally, you can link specific documents links to each step, through the Links & docs box, which you find just below the Task List on the sidebar.
You can create, edit and remove your docs & links as you please – just remember – make sure any linked cloud documents have the correct permissions so that only authorised individuals can access them.
